Description
Framed copy of a City of Casey based newspaper cartoon. The cartoon is by renowned Australian cartoonist Ronald Tandberg. Tandberg's work featured primarily in The Age, where he was employed from 1972 until his death in 2018. Tandberg received eleven Walkley Awards in his career, the highest number to one recipient.

The cartoon is dated June 2013 and contains Tandberg's signature, but is a copy. A woman faces ducks in a pond next to a sign for the "Site of the new Casey Civic Precinct", which eventually became Bunjil Place. They have a humorous exchange which reads as follows, "We're going to relocate you to a lovely new home where you'll feel happy and safe" "...But what if it's not all that it's 'quacked up to be...".

The cartoon is set in white and purple mats and with a brushed gold wooden frame.
